Acupressure
During an acupressure session, you remain fully clothed while focused finger pressure is applied to specific points on your body. This practice is designed to stimulate the flow of energy, clear energetic blockages, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Acupressure not only promotes physical wellness but also provides a calming space for relaxation and inner peace. It's a holistic approach to balance both body and mind.

Acupressure is a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to balance the flow of energy, or "qi" (pronounced "chee"). The therapy is based on the idea that blocked or imbalanced qi along energy pathways, called meridians, can lead to health problems. By stimulating certain points, acupressure aims to restore harmony within the body.

-
Endorphin Release: Applying pressure to acupressure points may stimulate the release of endorphins, the body's natural pain-relieving chemicals.
-
Influence on the Autonomic Nervous System: The pressure might affect the autonomic nervous system, which regulates involuntary processes such as heart rate, digestion, and respiration.
-
Meridians: There are at least 14 major meridians thought to connect the internal organs to other parts of the body. There are 361 acupressure points distributed along the 14 meridians. These points are identical to those used in acupuncture.

Iridology
Iridology is a complementary health practice that involves examining the patterns, colors, and other characteristics of the iris—the colored part of the eye—to assess an individual's overall health. Specific areas of the iris correspond to different organs and systems in the body. Analyzing the iris's structure assists to identify potential imbalances, weaknesses, or health concerns. Iridology is a holistic approach to understanding a person's well-being.Iridology charts are used to interpret observations, mapping different parts of the iris to specific body regions.

Iridology enables me to assess the variations in color and fibre structure of the iris., This gives valuable insights into the constitutional strength of their body, as well as aspects of their personality and emotional patterns.
Iridology is often used in conjunction with other assessments taking, but is also an interesting window into the balance of body, mind and soul. It may also detect individual predispositions and potential health vulnerabilities at their earliest stages.

Somatic Yoga
Somatic Yoga is a movement practice that combines traditional yoga with principles of somatics, focusing on internal awareness and mindful movement to release tension and improve mobility. It emphasizes slow, intentional movements to retrain the nervous system, enhance body awareness, and promote deep relaxation. Unlike more rigid or structured yoga styles, Somatic Yoga encourages exploration of movement patterns to restore natural alignment and ease in the body.

Wholistic Counselling
In a Wholistic Counselling session we use an integrative approach that considers the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—rather than focusing solely on symptoms or specific psychological issues. It is a blend of traditional counselling techniques with alternative healing methods to promote overall well-being and balance.
I will work with you to uncover the root causes of distress and empowers you with tools for self-awareness, personal growth, and healing. This approach may incorporate mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, nutrition, energy healing, and other complementary practices.
By addressing all aspects of a person’s life, holistic counselling fosters deep and lasting change, helping individuals develop emotional resilience, self-acceptance, and a sense of purpose. It is especially beneficial for those seeking a more natural, self-empowered path to mental and emotional health.
